About myplace rehab

myplace rehab is a boutique mobile exercise provider for all physical therapy needs. We specialise in offering tailored exercise solutions - whether its at your place or myplace we strive towards giving you the right tools for managing your physical wellbeing.

We understand that exercise is dependent on variables such as accessibility, which at times can prove difficult. At myplace rehab we take the added stress out of planning that next exercise session, whether it be to help with day-to-day living, mental health or prepare for that next operation!

It is our belief that no two people are the same. We design exercise programs to suit the specific needs of you irrespective of the condition. Given we all live different lifestyles, it's understandable that our bodies all move differently!

Our mission through evidence based practice is to provide exercise interventions, education, and lifestyle management strategies to support all individuals in working towards their goals and ultimately Building Healthy Communities.
