Addressing your mental health through your physical health

It's no secret that our physical and mental health are intertwined. If one isn't operating at its optimal function then the other will suffer, and vice versa. Due to this relationship it is best to adopt a multidisciplinary team approach when looking to address your mental wellbeing whilst improving your physical health.
